These studios are located in a calm area in the town of Gaios just minutes away from the central square, the taverns, bars and shops. It is also very close to public transport as well as the little port from where boats depart for the island of Antipaxos.
They are ideal for those who do not what to depend on means of transport and want to be at the heart of the islands summer life. However, even if you decide to bring your own car, you can leave it either on the main road beneath the houses or at the parking area near by.
Crossing a path of 100m you will reach the beach of “Giannas”, and if you are in the mood for a longer walk you may continue towards Moggonisi where you will discover a new beach every 200m.
The Studios are simple but have all the commodities to offer you a comfortable stay. They all have air conditioning, television and fully equipped kitchens.
The 1st Studio is located on the first floor of Yiannas Apartments & Studios, and although small (25 sq m) they have been recently refurbished in a romantic style and are practical. It has a double bed and an extra single bed to accommodate a third person in the same living space. It has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, television, and a balcony with view over the port of Gaios and the little island of St Nicholas.
The 2nd Studio is located on the ground floor; it has a separate kitchen, a big bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a very nice patio with a dining table and chairs for your breakfast in the cool shade.
Daily cleaning service is provided and sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.
